Chelsea have confirmed the departure of French forward Christopher Nkunku, who has joined Serie A giants AC Milan on a permanent deal.
Nkunku, who arrived at Stamford Bridge in 2023 from RB Leipzig, endured an injury-hit debut season, featuring just 14 times and scoring three goals. However, he enjoyed a more productive second campaign, registering 15 goals across 48 appearances in all competitions.
Meanwhile, another Chelsea forward, Nicolas Jackson, is on the verge of joining Bayern Munich. The Senegal international, alongside his representatives Ali Barat and Diomansy Kamara, has traveled to Germany to finalize the deal.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that Jackson’s move to Bayern will be confirmed within the next 24 hours. The Bundesliga champions are expected to secure the striker on a loan deal, covering his full salary as part of the agreement.
