Ex-Chelsea Star David Luiz Responds to Cheating Allegations

Former Arsenal and Chelsea defender, David Luiz, has denied allegations of infidelity and soliciting a threesome, leveled against him by Brazilian woman, Karol Cavalcante.

Cavalcante alleged that the Brazilian footballer, who currently shares two children with his partner Bruna Loureiro, had engaged in flirtatious exchanges with her on Instagram. She further claimed that their conversations were mostly held in “vanish mode” and that Luiz once suggested a threesome involving one of her friends.

Speaking to journalist Leo Dias, Cavalcante said:

“We started talking and, as the days went by, the exchange of messages became more constant. After our first meeting in Fortaleza, we continued to talk on Instagram, but in vanish mode. He even suggested doing a threesome with my friend, but I didn’t want to get involved. I started to realize he had a bit of an aggressive attitude towards me, which made me insecure and worried.”

However, Luiz has strongly refuted these claims. In a statement released through his representatives, ALOB Sports, the former PSG and Chelsea star alleged that Cavalcante initiated the interaction by sending him intimate photos.

“Before any interaction, the player received intimate images from the person mentioned at different times in order to arouse the athlete’s attention. After a period, and only for a brief moment, David interacted by messages, but there was never any face-to-face meeting between the parties. David Luiz reiterates his commitment to the truth and trusts that the facts will be properly clarified.”
