Transfer: AS Roma Target Chelsea’s Tyrique George as Sancho Alternative

AS Roma have identified Chelsea youngster Tyrique George as a potential replacement for Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Serie A club have already inquired about the conditions of a possible deal for George.

The 18-year-old winger is one of the options being considered by Roma should Sancho continue to resist a move to Italy. George is also attracting strong interest from RB Leipzig and several Premier League clubs, who remain keen on securing his services.

Providing an update on Sancho’s situation after he recently turned down a move to Rome, club director Frederic Massara said:

“There are no conditions to proceed with this deal, especially as Sancho doesn’t have the motivation to join AS Roma.”
